How do I pay?
You can pay online or by phone. A driver can accept cash payment if previous arrangements have been made.
How soon should I book a reservation?
Availability can fill up fast, It is best to book your reservation right away. Please complete the survey you will be texted after you book to confirm your pickup location and custom requests.
Can I cancel my reservation?
We require 48 hours for a full refund. The full price will be charged if not cancelled with 48 hours. Change requests are subject to availability.
Where can I be picked up?
We can pick you up from any location within 30 miles of St. George or Norther Utah Salt Lake County and Park City ski destinations
What services do provide on your vehicles?
We provide WiFi access, Netflix and cold drinks.
Do you accept pets:
Service dogs and support animals are welcome with documentation. No other pets are allowed.
What about my little ones?
We can provide car seats and booster seats for children under 8 years old. You can also bring your own.
How early should we leave to get to the airport?
We must drop you off a minimum of 2 hours before your flight departure. Weather and road construction can add to your pickup time.
What should we bring with us when we book a tour?
You need to bring your own appropriate clothing and equipment for your adventure. We provide beverages. Please respond to our text survey to select your favorite beverages.
